Built the product from zero — a two-sided AI-powered marketplace connecting athletes and brands for sponsorship deals. Designed the matching algorithm, the deal flow UI, and the onboarding experience that got both sides of the market to activate.
Challenge
Athlete sponsorship has historically been opaque, relationship-driven, and inaccessible to anyone outside the top 1% of professional athletes. The challenge was building a marketplace that felt trustworthy to both sides — athletes skeptical of tech intermediaries, and brands used to working through agencies.
Solution
Designed and shipped a two-sided marketplace with AI-driven brand-athlete matching, a deal flow pipeline, and a white-glove onboarding experience. Built the MVP in 90 days, iterated on match quality based on conversion data, and shipped a mobile-responsive experience optimized for athlete adoption.
